Here are some frequently asked questions that you may have.

1. What is the average burn time for the candles?

For our 8oz candles, the average burn time is 40 hours and the average burn time for our 16oz candles is 70 hours. Please trim your wick after each burn to get the most out of your candle.

2. Do you customize labels for special occasions?

Yes, we do customize labels. To place a special order, please contact us by email at boundarycandleco@gmail.com. Email us with what fragrance, size jar and customization you are wanting. All custom labels will be white as well with all of our other products.

3. What’s so special about soy wax candles?

Soy candles are non-toxic so they do not release harmful chemicals in your home. Soy candles also allow for a clean burn, leave less soot and burn longer than your other candle waxes. We purchase 100% midwest soybean wax to support our farming families.

4. How long should I burn my candle initially?

When you first light your candle, let it burn all the way to the edge of the container. This can take up to 2-3 hours.

5. My candle broke during shipping, what do I do?

Please contact us through email at boundarycandleco@gmail.com with a picture of your damaged product, damaged shipping box and your address.

6. Do you have a retail store so I can view/smell all your products?

If you want to schedule a time to come and smell our products, please email us at boundarycandleco@gmail.com. Our retail store is located at The Barn on Boundary.
